International Shipping

Domestic Shipping
We ship exclusively via UPS to US addresses only. All in stock orders placed by 12PM EST are shipped the same day. After 12PM EST (or orders place on a non-business day), the order will ship the following business day. UPS Ground shipping charges are a flat $5.00 for the entire order, UPS 3 Day Select shipping charges are a flat $15.00 for the entire order and UPS 2nd Day Air shipping charges are a flat $25.00 for the entire order. Next Day Air Saver is 35.00; orders placed after 12PM EST on Friday will ship the following Monday. Shortly after your order is prepared for shipping, you will be notified via e-mail with a UPS tracking number. Use the map below to determine approximate shipping time for UPS Ground service. (Generally speaking, if you live in the yellow or gold areas of the map there is no need to choose 2nd Day Air.)

ShopJSlidesFootwear.com has a 60 day return policy from the date of purchase. New, unworn merchandise will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for (the original shipping fee is non-refundable). If you choose to return your item(s), please contact us for a non-refundable $5 pre-paid UPS return label which will be emailed to you using the email address on your order.

Exchanges are FREE. Just request a replacement item on the enclosed return/exchange form and contact us for a FREE pre-paid UPS return label to send your item(s) back. Exchanges are always subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed. If you are afraid the item you need is going to sell out, you can always place a new order rather than request an exchange or call us to put the item on hold.

How fast will I get my order?
All orders are shipped out by 12PM EST. Any orders placed after 12PM EST will be shipped the following business day. If you need your shoes by a specific date, please call our toll free number and we will do our best to accommodate your request. During times of high volume (i.e. sale), orders will be shipped as soon as possible but not be guaranteed same day.

Do you charge tax?
Shop J Slides Footwear is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped in New York. If you are shipping to New York, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

Even though we hate to say no, these are some things we can NOT do.
